Asia based Fintech firm seeks Full-Stack Engineer for Japan localization in Tokyo
Native level Japanese with 5+ years in software engineering, with full-stack experience.
* Our stack is NodeJS (TypeScript) and Flutter - experience building backend systems in
TypeScript is preferred, experience with frameworks is a bonus.
We use cloud provider AWS and are heavy users of serverless patterns & architecture. 

*Experience designing modular and scalable software systems in Japan.
Comfort working in English with remote teams as our engineering team is based
in Vietnam.
Product focused mindset with the ability to engineer solutions creatively.
* Results driven with a can-do attitude, capable of maintaining momentum and focus.
Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in the dynamic pace of a startup environment.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to pivot and reprioritize as needed.

* This is a staff level role collaborating with Tokyo-based global management and overseas branches. Part-time or Remote working conditions are possible for the right candidate.
