2329 - Job Japan Bilingual Real Estate Fund Associate

Growing US$50BN+ fund is looking for a talented bilingual Associate in Tokyo. This role will focus on real estate and distressed debt fund services for institutional investors. Any Japanese real estate license holder of Takken is highly attractive.

* Operations will be service areas of this new expansion role. Due to increasing changes to the market in Japan, allocations other parties will increase.

* Successful candidates must have a strong view on real estate, distressed debt, equity markets, client solutions, and the ambition to grow assets from Japanese institutions.

* Real Estate, Investment banking, securities, private equity,  fund of funds, hedge funds, or sales backgrounds are best.

* All financial experiences are welcome. Fluent Japanese and (TOEIC 500+) Business English with 2+ years of related distribution work experience are expected for those looking for this Japan based role. Travel around Japan and to the US head office would be possible in this growing team.
