Japanese securities firm is expanding its proprietary trading team due to increased capital in its Equity, FX & Interest Rate Cash and Derivatives products team. It seeks a Prop Trader or Day Trader.

* Your background should be 3+ years prop trading cash & derivatives in Japan or Asia would be excellent.

* Equity themed cross-asset class background is possible. Global JPY interest rate increases and market impact correlation views are essential.

* There is flexibility in this team for many kinds of trading strategies. Japanese is needed to coordinate.

* Risk sensitive, trading oriented and driven with a strong track record of proprietary trading.

* This is a Japanese language internal environment. Strong preference for  Tokyo, Osaka or Asia experienced Equity, FX, IR Swaps, OTC options, global macro, emerging market traders.
