Japanese securities firm is expanding its proprietary trading team in Singapore, due to increased capital.

* A prop trader in its Equity, FX, Index, Futures, and Interest Rate Cash and Derivatives products team is needed.

* Your background should be 3+ years prop trading cash & derivatives in Japan or Asia would be excellent. Equity themed cross-asset class background is possible.

* Global JPY interest rate increases and market impact correlation views are essential. There is flexibility in this team for many kinds of trading strategies. 

* Japanese or English is enough to coordinate. Risk sensitive, trading oriented and driven with a strong track record of proprietary trading.

* This is a Japanese language internal environment. Strong preference for Singapore, Tokyo or Asia experienced Equity, FX, IR Swaps, OTC options, global macro, emerging market traders.
