Global Securities Firm is looking for a Chief Operations Officer within Fixed Income. This is for a Senior Level Executive who can manage Japanese & Foriegn institutional teams from Tokyo. Candidates are expected to have direct Institutional management experience within Credit, JGB and Corporate Bonds, Convertible Bonds & Listed Derivative products. Candidates who are experienced with front office, operations, compliance or trade related issues with FSA interface are all positive. Backgrounds in investment banking or securities are welcome. Direct Japanese language skills (native or near native) and English (Business fluent) are a must. This is a senior COO/CAO role and will coordinate with Regional, Global and Local management.
