Growing major Japanese Securities Company is upgrading back office and system solutions for the purpose of the improvement of quality of wealth management services. The company is looking for back office staff whose major responsibilities are business planning on system solutions and operations on changes of regulations and new business. They are in charge of proposals on improvement of process system and services, producing service manuals in addition to processing of documentation and reports. Experience and knowledge about securities business, 1st class qualification of JSDA, and PC skills are required. JSDA internal control manager qualification and English capabilities are preferred.
