1384 - Job Japan Specialist for IFRS or USGAAP

One of Japanese major accounting firms is looking for a specialist for IFRS or USGAAP. The candidate is expected to be knowledgeable about IFRS or USGAAP, as one of the main responsibilities is the convergence between Japan GAAP based financial statements and those based on IFRS or USGAAP. In addition, the candidate is required to provide clients with legal, accounting and tax advice on structured finance, including management of SPC (special purpose company). Japanese or US CPA, tax accountant qualification or work experience with accounting or tax offices for more than 5 years is also necessary. Knowledge about securitization and English communication capabilities are considered plus.
