Buy-side asset manager is now looking for an experienced associate level equity analyst with research experience in real estate (REIT, property developers, logistic and delivery companies, etc.) and related equity issues. You should bring several years of experience in capital markets equity research and a long-term strategic level of thinking to this buy-side real estate investment firm. Must be fluent in Japanese with some level of business English. Any real estate qualifications are nice but not necessary as this is not an acquisition role but for research and strategy.
