Large Multi-Billion AUM Hedge Fund Group is now seeking for an in-house counsel to compliment a legal & compliance team in their Hong Kong Headquarters. This fast paced role will be looking at a wide variety of transaction needs like Asian & Japanese equities, equity derivative products, hybrid securities, credit derivatives. This role is best matched with a US/ UK/ JP licensed lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in a large global law firm. English language skills are primary, with local language skills will be positive. Any prior alternative investment legal experience would be very beneficial.
