Dynamic Investment Bank`s Corporate Advisory division is seeking an Associate level Investment Banker with stong financial modeling and execution skills.  Reporting to the team head, this role will work closely with the team leader for preparing pitch information, conducting analysis and handling day-to-day client contacts.  M&A, Divestiture, Strategic Alliance andTOB Advisory experience in Japan preferred and a background in Investment Banking for a foreign of domestic bank required. Native Japanese language skills required, English preferred but not essential. Strong quantitative skills and bilingual capability will result in above market packages and position responsibility.
