Strong modeling skills are needed for VWAP shortfall calculations and other book monitoring needs. CFA, Math or PHD background are expected with direct understanding of any geographic market. A European or American trader seeking a new job chance in Asia would be ideal as no Japanese language skills are required. There are conference calls in English and modeling teams both in branch and overseas functioning in English. Advanced excel, VBA or C/C++ programming abilities would be well- suited for this role. Q4/Q1 start is expected and would include full relocation expenses for overseas hires.
