Top Multi-Billion AUM Hedge Fund Group is now seeking an associate general counsel to compliment a legal & compliance team covering Asia-Pacific out of an expanding Hong Kong Office. This fast paced role will be looking at a wide variety of transaction needs like private placements, venture capital, private equity, hybrid securities, credit and other OTC derivatives, M&A, securitization , plus other complimentary future opportunities. This role is best matched with a US/ UK licensed lawyer with 3+ years of experience in a large global law firm. English language skills are primary, with local language skills will be positive. Any hedge fund exposure would be a very beneficial fit.
