Growing prop trading group is looking for equity traders with track records and motivation to be in Tokyo. This is a Japan-equity focus with some Korea or wider Asia possible. Track record p/l and capacity for handling finite amounts of capital. Strategies of interest could include quant equity long/ short, index-arb/event-driven, or others might be possible. As this is a new effort, looking for traders who can dig in and setup a new operation and take it into profitability quickly. Possible big upside bonus linked in with performance could be possible.
