Successful candidate will work closely with traders/structurers to help sell tailor made products to Japanese financial institutions, corporate and institutional investors.  Some derivative experienceideal.  Flexible culture of firm is willing to allow employees to cross task with other hybrid products if desired.  Japanese fluency a must, basic English level required.
