Top tier securities house is now expanding their presence within real estate products and needs to hire a VP /director level marketer for j-reits. Additional exposure to various hybrid products with real estate exposure would be a good compliment.  Client relationships with local Japanese domestic firms is essential.  Native Japanese language skills is must, but only basic English needed.  Good interpersonal skills with polite keigo abilities is critical in order to represent in firm.  The current team is growing and expecting to further expand due to very strong pricing and execution for all corporate and institutional needs.
