Leading stat-arb options volatility internal prop trading group is looking for a junior trader with 2-3 years of experience trading vanilla or exotic single stock and index equity derivatives. This position is quantitative in nature and requires somebody with a high mental capacity for numbers. You must have a very strong intuitive understanding of how the greeks impact positions and profits. Flow trading converts would be welcome. Japanesefinancial bank trading experience would be very much of interest. English is the primary trading language but Japanese could be a strong benefit.
