Top securities house is now looking for a senior marketer to drive their expanding DCM (debt capital markets) platform in Japan.  Top consideration for bilingual senior closers with strong client contacts with corporate, financial institutions, life & casualty, regional bank contacts. This is a very senior role someone with in-pocket accounts who can bring them to any new firm day one. Knowledge of cash fixed income products is essential. Deep understanding of derivative/structured products a plus.  The perfect candidate will be native in Japanese and be able to write basic English in e-mail and speak internally with team members.  This is a multi headcount job and small teams of 2-3 candidates are possible.  Japanese firms best.
