Leading law firm has an opening in their capital markets & investment funds practice in Tokyo for an American qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in us regulatory matters. Experience dealing with sec rules & regulations, us securities law and investment funds is expected. This role is very suitable for someone who is looking for their first offer in Asia or for those who have family, spouse or other connections regionally. First language would be English and any Japanese or Asian languages would be an asset but not essential. Full relocation support would be provided after initial training in New York offices
