Global Investment Bank requires an experienced Private Equity Analyst who wishes to take a key role within its Private Equity / Principal Investment team.  The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed in a HIGH BONUS-centered environment.  This very exciting role will work closely with local Principal as well as global team in both JAPANESE and ENGLISH.  Leveraged Buy Out (LBO), Management Buy Out (MBO), Company Restructuring, and Distressed Debt opportunities will be very closely coordinated within this role.  Experience within a similar related specialty group is strongly preferred.  M&A, Structured Product, Corporate Finance and other complimentary top-tier candidates may have backgrounds in Trading or other EQUITY and FINANCE will be considered very positively.  The offer contains a very HIGH BONUS and
