Top securities house is now looking for a director level swaps specialist on their Asian MTN bond origination & transaction team. Strong potential to join active platform & rapidly develop business in the private placement market. This is a key role on a small Japan focused team that originates market makes EMTN & bilateral loan transactions. Ability to leverage off of global franchise & work with sales teams by interacting with clients. Additional P/L resulting from original trade ideas will be highly rewarded so entrepreneurial & proactive attitude needed.3-5 years swaps marketing & trading experience preferred. Fluent / native Japanese & business English. The role is open immediately for qualified candidates.
