Expanding hedge fund is seeking to add a specialist Japan analyst covering Non-Bank, Leasing, Consumer Finance, Credit Unions and other financial type of coverage. Direct experience in similar analyst role at a securities or fund management company is the ideal. Basic English with native Japanese is important for this important job. A wide network of existing financial core contacts would be very helpful for consideration. Direct Japanese balance sheet of both statement written and “ reading between the lines” abilities is expected in a top candidate. CMA or CFA qualification would be a strong but not an absolute advantage for the right fit.
