TMJ NetSearch is now looking for a bilingual DERIVATIVES RECRUITER to expand client services This role will help to expand marketing coverage of its Fixed Income, Equity, FX, Credit and Derivatives customer bases in Japan and Asia. The most attractive candidates will have a strong background within various derivative products covering corporates & institutional names in all key global financial centers. Strong presentation skills ( Multi-linguals preferred English / Japanese / Chinese / French / German all HIGHLY desired) to expand marketing profits from various product groups, is very important. A key goal of this new position is to act as a conduit for multi product synergy creating more successful plus alfa effects in P/L. This will require a clear understanding of US, Japanese, Asian, European client needs and concerns. Any Structured Credit (CDO/ CBO/ CLO/ CLN/ CDS/ CSO), Synthetic loan products (credit/equity), Equity Basket/Arbitrage transactions, CB, Single-stock, or Index trading (S&P, Nikkei 225, FTSE, NASDAQ, Hang Seng, TOPIX), ABS/REIT Securitization experience will all be of top interest. All high margin businesses will be looked at for future cross-product marketing synergy.
