Top Private Equity player requires a Private Equity Associate who wishes to take a role within its highly successful Japan Private Equity team. This exciting role will work closely with local team of partners and managers in both JAPANESE and ENGLISH.  Leveraged Buy Out (LBO), Management Buy Out (MBO), Buy-Ins, Company Restructuring, and Divestiture experience within growth industries (IT and related) is best.  Experience within a similar related specialty group is strongly preferred.  Private Equity, M&A, Management Consulting and other complimentary top-tier candidates may have backgrounds in Investment Banking or other EQUITY and FINANCE.  All will be considered very positively.  The offer contains a very HIGH BONUS and
