Global hedge fund is now looking for a DISTRESSED DEBT SPECIALIST in Tokyo + Hong Kong to head the Japan branch distressed debt marketing effort. Our client is expanding its risk appetite for high-yield transactions in Japan. This exciting new role will be part of a growing Asia Pacific expansion. The most attractive candidates will have a strong background within various HIGH-YIELD, CREDIT, NPL & DISTRESSED DEBT products covering institutional clients in key Asian financial centers. Strong presentation skills to expand transaction understanding by various internal product groups in the US, is very important.This candidate will need to be self-contained and be "plug " 'n play" with a quick turn around. There will be a large balance sheet of US$2BN possible for this new business. This person bay be able to bring a small 1 or 2 person team.
