Top Global House requires a head of market risk for Japan. The ideal candidate will have a background within Market Risk, 5+ years of capital markets experience with strong knowledge of Interest Rate and Credit derivative products. This role will report to the Asian head of risk in Hong Kong and so strong communication skills and independence required.  Responsibilities include daily risk reporting, scenario analysis, risk assessment and monthly reporting. The role will also be involved in new product reviews, risk committee meetings and updating / implementing local policies.This role will be a key member of the Global Risk Management team for the Asia-Pacific time zone. The winning candidate will need to have the confidence and ability to work independently, show initiative and make decisions. Clear communication skills in English are also vital.
