Global Hedge Fund is now looking for a Junior EQUITY ANALYST for JAPAN to join their expanding research team. This role will be based in Tokyo and will cover DOMESTIC STOCKS in the TECHNOLOGY AND BIOTECH SECTORS. Domestic and cross-border specialists will be considered. Strong language skills in ENGLISH & JAPANESE are essential to the role. Analysts with 5 or more years in Japan with good technology sector stock coverage will be short listed and interviewed quickly. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of regional company visits. Interviews will be in person only in Tokyo, no overseas candidates will be considered. Other areas of future interest will be auto parts manufacturers and telecoms equipment manufacturers.
