Global Hedge Fund is now looking for a HR/Accounting OFFICER in Japan to help with general office administration. This exciting new role will be close to the front team and will be considered a full member of the organization. This role will have a high learning curve and will have significant responsibility for international relations with overseas offices. The most attractive candidate will have a good understanding of financial markets in Japan. Direct experience within a Japanese or Foreign securities firm in Japan is mandatory. Essential skills include fluent NATIVE level Japanese, business English, and a clear understanding of Japanese regulatory needs & concerns. Any Accounting, Payroll, Tax and Middle office risk or settlement experience will also be of great value in this role. It will report directly to the branch manager.
