  560 Job USA Global Stock Loan Head New York

Top fund group, with more than US$3BN in AUM, is now looking for a STOCK LOAN expert. This position is for a VERY senior level candidate with a POSITIVE and very PROFITABLE track record. The person MUST have an extensive network in North America with access to several ILLIQUID stocks. Additional experience or networks in Asia / Europe will be looked upon favorably. The prime candidate MUST be a leader who can SEE THE BIG PICTURE and understand how a hedge fund group operates and can maximize all revenue from the stock loan process. The right person will need what it takes to every profitable cent possible, and build a very efficient operation that is PM friendly. The successful candidate will oversee and support an EXPANDING BACK OFFICE of 80-100+ staff. However, the main focus will need a front office viewpoint that will support 15-20 portfolio managers of various US and global strategies. Deep experience of 10+ years working in PRIME BROKERAGE or EQUITY FINANCE for an Investment Bank or a similar type background in a fund will be key criteria for the initial screening process. Middle 6 to 7 figures in compensation is possible for the right fit.
