Global financial firm requires an experienced CB repacks, private equity MARKETER who wishes to take a senior role within its EQUITY PRODUCT team. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed in a HIGH BONUS-centered environment. This very exciting role will co-ordinate with management in New York, from Tokyo in both JAPANESE and ENGLISH. Convertible Bonds, CB repackaging trades, Pairs Trades, Leveraged Buy Outs, Corporate Restructuring, Hedge Funds, and Fund of Funds opportunities will be very closely coordinated within this role. Experience within a similar related specialty group is strongly preferred. M&A , Structured Product, and other complimentary top-tier candidates may have backgrounds in Trading or other EQUITY or Third party FINANCE related backgrounds.
