Our client is now looking for a REAL ESTATE RAINMAKER for JAPAN to lead an expansion of the Japanese REIT/MORTGAGE FINANCE/DISTRESSED DEBT Based in Tokyo, it requires strong CORPORATE FINANCE, SECURITIZATION, REAL ESTATE & ABS, MORTAGE, LEASING or M&A transaction experience will be of top interest. Domestic and cross-border specialists will be considered. BILINGUAL language skills in ENGLISH & JAPANESE are essential to the role. Candidates with DIRECT REAL ESTATE backgrounds and international work experience of 10 or more years in Japan will be short listed and interviewed quickly.
