A global financial services firm is looking to hire
a seasoned veteran equity linked originator who will head
newly expanded division. The ideal candidates should have
long and successful experiences in corporate finance within
area of convertible bond as a bookrunner. Understanding
of local business, business custom, Japanese balance sheet
and accounting system are essential to this role. Local
strength of Tokyo based client relationships will be CRITICAL
and be a part of compensation value when signing any offer.
Native JAPANESE language skills and fluent business ENGLISH
(oral & written) are essential. MBA graduates and/or CPA
and CFA professionals are advantageous.
