Top Financial firm requires an experienced Regional OTC Risk Officer. The ideal candidate will have a background within the Operational/Middle Office Risk or Derivative products. Any ISDA exposure will be highly regarded. This role will require some travel between Europe/Asia and Tokyo. This role must bring a good understanding of Non-Performing Loans or CDS derivatives and must READ and SPEAK fluent JAPANESE. The person will be part of a small Risk Management team for the Asia Pacific time zone. Therefore the winning candidate will need to have the confidence and ability to work independently, show initiative and make decisions. Clear communication skills are also vital. The role will also need to get deeply involved with DCF valuations, data integrity, trade proposals, risk reviews, and valuations.
