Top Global firm is now looking for a SENIOR REAL ESTATE ANALYST for JAPAN, responsible for the cashflow modelling and preparation of documentation pertaining to the firm's CORPORATE FINANCE, MORTGAGE, ABS, SECURITIZATION, J-REIT,M&A and other INVESTMENT BANKING activities. Serious candidates with two or more years of direct REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY or related financial experience must be a self-starter, able to handle multi-tasks, and adept at making decisions with senior management.� Any recent experience with an accounting firm, bank, non-bank or securities company will be important. Top professional
certification (MBA/CFA/ CMA/ CPA/ CIA) is VERY desirable. The candidate MUST be fluent in both written/spoken JAPANESE, and should have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate with foreign dealing colleagues, and management.
