Top Global Investment Bank requires a very experienced HEAD OF MARKETING who wishes to take a leading role in its YEN EQUITY DERIVATIVES MARKETING team. The ideal candidate will be JAPANESE speaking and able to handle domestic customer enquiries directly. This role requires someone who is driven to succeed within a HIGH BONUS centered environment. This expanding group's role will concentrate on JAPANESE INSTITUTIONAL and CORPORATE customers in Tokyo. DIRECT previous experience within a similar large group able to bring over "in-pocket" customer relationships is strongly preferred. OTC Derivative marketing concentrating on highly complex STRUCTURED PRODUCT transactions will be considered very positively. Solid exposure to INDEX ARBITRAGE or BASKET TRADING transactions will be of extreme interest. NIKKEI, KOSPI, Hang Seng. or SIMEX type work experience will be considered positively. The role will build upon an existing marketing group that has had solid succes in the past and needs senior guidance to maximize P&L potential in the next stage of growth for this institution in Japan. This post will concentrate on Japan but may easily include ex Japan Asia markets within a short time. The role offers GENEROUS COMPENSATION total package.
