Our client is now looking for a CAPITAL MARKETS LEGAL MANAGER for JAPAN. Thisvery challenging role will cover all branch product areas. This follows on the expansion of INVESTMENT BANKING areas including Derivatives Products (EDP/FID/SCP), Securitization (CDS/CDO/ABS/CMBS). The role will be based in Tokyo and REQUIRE JAPANESE LANGUAGE SKILLS. The successful candidate will ideally be a paralegal or legal secretary at Japanese Bank/Securities firm or within an International Law Firm. Candidates with DIRECT ISDA TYPE DOCUM.ENTATION or similar FINANCIAL SERVICES legal work experience of 3 or more� years in TOKYO will be short-listed. Japanese candidates need legal transaction experience in order to work independently from established templates. Basic English is only needed
