Our client is now looking for a REAL ESTATE RAINMAKER
for JAPAN to lead an expansion of the Japanese REIT/MORTGAGE
FINANCE/DISTRESSED DEBT Based in Tokyo, it requires strong
CORPORATE FINANCE, SECURITIZATION, REAL ESTATE & ABS,
MORTAGE, LEASING or M&A transaction experience will be
of top interest. Domestic and cross-border specialists
will be considered. BILINGUAL language skills in ENGLISH
& JAPANESE are essential to the role. Candidates with
DIRECT REAL ESTATE backgrounds and international work
experience of 10 or more years in Japan will be short
listed and interviewed quickly. MBAs who have been sponsored
by Japanese institutions are targeted talent pools. This
role also has a very attractive compensation package.
