| Top derivative house now looking for a SENIOR PROPRIETARY
SWAP TRADER to expand fixed income trading. The most attractive
candidate will have a strong background within JPN, USD,
GBP Interest Rate Swaps, Swaptions, and JGB option product
trading in Tokyo or Asia. Strong product skills to expand
coverage of a growing customer list is very important.
Any complimentary option experiences within Japan will
also be of top interest. Eight plus years of option/swaps
trading experience will be key to the screening process.
Local JGB and Yen interest rate market understanding of
the settlement process will also be of great value in
this role. There is MAJOR basis point risk experience
needed in the USD2MM per basis point. TOP performers with
a POSITIVE trading record of five or more years ONLY need
apply. The successful candidates may expect 9-12% of P/L
or more in bonus! This role also has a very attractive
stock option plan. |
