Our client is now looking for a HEAD of LEGAL COUNCEL for JAPAN. This very important senior management role will drive all branch areas. This follows on the expansion of INVESTMENT BANKING areas that primarily cover Derivatives Products, Securitization, M&A and Private Equity. The role will be based in Tokyo and REQUIRE JAPANESE LANGUAGE SKILLS. The successful candidate will need to be a full BENGOSHI previously at at Japanese firm or be a similar counsel within an Investment Bank. Both domestic and cross-border legal specialists will be considered and interviewed quickly. Candidates with DIRECT BANK, SECURITIES or similar FINANCIAL SERVICES legal work experience of 15 or more years will be short listed and interviewed quickly.
