Top Global firm is now looking for a TELECOM ANALYST for JAPAN, responsible for the review of operations and preparation of documentation pertaining to the firm's CORPORATE FINANCE, M&A and other INVESTMENT BANKING activities. The role will specifically focus on the review of JAPANESE LANGUAGE CORPORATE BALANCE SHEETS to find telecom financing opportunities. Seriouscandidates with three or more years of direct TELECOM INDUSTRY or related financial experience must be a self-starter, able to handle multi-tasks, and adept at making decisions with senior management. A University degree in Finance, Quantitative Analysis or a related field with strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel type modeling) are very positive. Any recent experience with an accounting firm and professional certification (CFA/ CMA/ CPA/ CIA) is VERY desirable. The candidate MUST be fluent in both written/spoken JAPANESE, and should have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate with US/UK dealing colleagues, and management.
