| Top Global House is now looking for a world class GLOBAL
HEAD OF DERIVATIVES SALES to expand the global P/L. This
is a top package worth £2 Million STERLING in base
pay and stock options with a multi year contract. Our
client is now expanding marketing coverage of its Fixed
Income, Equity, FX, Credit and Derivatives customer bases
in Europe, the US and overseas. The initial plan is to
base this role in London, but it may move to New York
City. This exciting new role will be part of a global
sales and trading expansion. The most attractive candidates
will have a strong background within various derivative
products covering corporate& institutional names in all
key global financial centers. Strong presentation skills
to expand marketing profits from various product groups,
is very important. A key goal of this new position is
to act as a conduit for multi product synergy creating
more successful plus alfa effects in P/L. This will require
a clear understanding of US, Europe, Japan and Asian client
needs and concerns. Strong Structured Credit (Ensemble/Scrum
finding), Total Return/Default Swaps, Synthetic loan products
(credit/equity), Equity Basket/Arbitrage transactions,
Single-stock, or Index trade understanding (S&P, Nikkei
225, FTSE, NASDAQ, Hang Seng, TOPIX) is needed. Asset
Backed Securitization understanding will also be of top
interest. All high margin businesses will be looked at
for future cross-product marketing synergy. This is the
perfect chance for an ambitious GLOBAL PLAYER wanting
a REAL CHANCE to add MAJOR IMPACT within a top house!
