Top Global Firm is now looking for a world class GLOBAL
HEAD OF DERIVATIVES TRADING to expand the Global P/L.
This is a top package worth US$3Million in base pay and
stock options with a multi-year contract! Our client is
now expanding coverage of its Fixed Income, Equity, FX,
Credit and Derivatives customer bases Globally. This exciting
new role will be part of a growing sales and trading expansion.
The most attractive candidates will have a strong background
within various derivative products covering corporates,
or institutional clients in the US, Europe, Japan & Asia
centers. Strong presentation skills to expand trading
profits from various product groups, is very important.
A key goal of this new position is to act as a conduit
for multi product synergy creating more successful plus
alfa effects in global P/L. This will require a clear
understanding of US and overseas client needs and concerns.
Strong Structured Credit (Ensemble/Scrum finding), Total
Return/Default Swaps, Synthetic loan products (credit/equity),
Equity Basket/Arbitrage transactions, Single-stock, or
Index (S&P, Nikkei 225, NASDAQ, Hang Seng, TOPIX) is needed.
Asset Backed Securitization will also be of top interest.
