Global M&A firm is looking for a specialist for M&A advisory services based in Tokyo. Job focus is on finding Japanese cash rich corporate clients to acquire NON-Japanese firms taking advantage of the strong YEN buying power. Sector focus will be Pharmas, Chemicals, Manufacturing of TMT components. The role will range from strategic planning, contract execution to post acquisition integration.The responsibilities include M&A strategies, screening of targeted companies, negotiations, performance confirmation of M&A conditions, and monitoring. More than 10+ year experience of JAPAN or ASIA M&A executions in addition to knowledge is required. Business level English and fluent Japanese is a must.
