One of major Japanese regional banks is looking for a specialist on debt origination and syndication. Experience in arranging or sales of non recourse loan real estate, CMBS, ABS or LBO is required. Wide human network with financial institutions in addition to capabilities of creating new finance schemes is a must. English communication capabilities vis-a-vis English documentation are preferred. This provides you with an opportunity of joining expanding team with the bank lead by a new CEO.
