Leaders, who know the market, expect a rebound in Japan volume and volatility in 2012 and beyond, will be WELL rewarded. ANY of the core 3 English, Japanese or French language skills will be expected with a strong in-pocket client list of active accounts from hedge funds and active buy side users is paramount.
