Top consideration is for senior rainmakers with a strong desire to build the best sales flow team in Japan, with the highest level of client service. Knowledge of cash & derivative products is a strong compliment. Direct experience as an equity sales head is a strong plus. Top candidates will be in Tokyo or ex Tokyo with native Japanese & business English. This senior management role will be able to bring in-pocket accounts and future hires for equity sales results.
