Our client is looking for Senior marketers with strong origination capabilities with corporate clients for equity-linked products especially PIPES, private placements and Private CBs. This is a niche corporate equity derivatives team which is busy marketing and structuring active mandates for clients in Korea. Must have native level Korean and some business level English. This group has strong traction and highly regarded members with a clean deal reputation. Must have CB (convertible bond)/ECM /equity-linked/corporate marketing experience in equity/equity derivatives and strong deal transaction experience.
