Global Derivative House requires a experienced TRADERS
& MARKETERS who wish to expand its CONVERTIBLE BONDS &
WARRANTS team. The ideal candidate will have a background
within the Tokyo market and have mixed Japanese or international
work experience. TRADING roles will not be junior and
will be expected to produce P/L from day 1. A positive
average track record will be expected of three or more
years. MARKETERS must speak Japanese fluently and have
direct experience within the Japanese market. In-pocket
accounts will be highly attractive. All top tier candidates
must be driven to succeed within a HIGH BONUS centered
environment. This expanding group's role will concentrate
on MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL customers based in Japan. Deep
experience within a similar CB & W group is strongly preferred.
Japanese Derivative marketers with strong backgrounds
concentrating on EQUITY/INTEREST RATE/JGB PRODUCTS will
be considered most positively. MBA, Ph.D., CFA, MCP or
other related graduate degrees in financial/computer subjects
will be looked at positively. There are some openings
for front office IT analysts as well. In all IT role cases,
a strong preference for Japanese speakers on the IT side
will be in place. English only speakers will be considered
if able to participate in Tokyo interviews in person.
