Expanding US global securities group seeks a very senior officer in Asia for its compliance procedures. The key individual will have a strong deal & business sense for the grey zone of legal contracts. Keeping the firm running at a fast and smooth pace despite a more demanding compliance environment is mission critical. This role will help interface with all products and businesses within the firm. A strong sense of equity and debt products, asset management, capital markets & investment banking issues will be attractive to any finalist for consideration.
