foreign house now looking for a Japanese speaking MARKETING
TEAM to cover DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS to expand high-margin
structured product coverage in Japan. Our client is now
expanding regional coverage of a sophisticated derivative
product customer base of insurance and corporate names.
This rare team chance will be part of a growing regional
team maximizing structured debt & equity opportunities.
The most attractive candidates will have a strong background
within high yield fixed income and equity product sales
& marketing and very strong client relationships. Deep
product skills to expand customer solution services is
of primary importance. This role will be part of a highly
profitable marketing effort over the next 2 years. Essential
skills will focus on a clear understanding of corporate
hedging and confidential transaction needs and concerns.
Strong Equity share buy-back transactions, & illiquid
product exposure will be of top interest. Exposure to
Collateralised Bond Obligations (CBO) transactions like
"Ensemble" or similar "Scrum Funding" involving BBB or
lower grade paper, Leasing, Sarakin transaction experience
as well as key legal understanding of the settlement process
will also be of great value in this team effort. Base
salary + full benefits + NO BONUS CAP will all be part
of this UNMATCHED incentive bonus plan. TOP performers
may expect 200-500% of base or more in bonus! This is
the perfect chance for ambitious individuals who can truly
maximize a firm`s balance sheet and focus on high margin
value added transactions. A very strong interest will
be in PRIVATE placement deals not large scale public market
deals.
