Well established securities firm is opening a new Japan branch in Tokyo. They seek a very senior head of its compliance procedures. The key individual will have a strong legal sense for the grey zone of legal ease with BOJ, FSA & JSDA authorities. Keeping the firm running smoothly despite a more demanding compliance environment is mission critical. this is a new role and may take over coo kinds of responsibilities if an overlap was found in one individual Tokyo candidates (with Japanese visas) only
